Kevin Quin
Kevin is the founding Director of Kristil and holds the position of Managing Director. He is a qualified electrician with over 20 years experience and is one of the pioneers of home automation within New Zealand. he is the co-inventor
of the Kristil home automation system and takes a leading role in plotting and ongoing architecture of our technology.
Our customers get full access to Kevin's vast experience as he overseas all of our installations and project manages much of the on site works.
When he can, Kevin finds quiet time by sailing his catamaran, and relaxing on the banks of the Mangawhai heads with his family.

Markus Roehlecke
Markus is our General Manager and is responsible for the logistics within Kristil. He is a qualified electrical engineer (NZCE) with over 20 years experience and was previously project manager for Westinghouse-Controlmatic in Germany. As such, Markus provides practical design solutions for many of Kristil's components.
With a passion for the great outdoors, Markus is a keen tramper and has frequented many of the countries picturesque hiking tracks with his wife.

Bernard Quin
Bernard is Kristil's Administration Manager and holds a Bachelor of Business in Accounting Studies, plus a Diploma in Small Business Management. Bernie looks after all of our accounting requirements and works closely with Markus to
co-ordinate the administration process with the organization.
Bernie considers himself pretty handy around the house and is currently renovating the family home, an undertaking this is taking a bit longer than expected.

Ross Campbell
Ross Campbell is the Australian Agent for Kristil and is based in Perth. He has a lifetime of experience in the electrical construction industry and notably has been involved in smart wiring and hime automation since the early nineties. Ross holds a various electrical, security and communications qualifications and licenses and is a sessional member of the State Administrative Tribunal in the state of Wester Australia.
His involvement as project manager for a publicly listed technology company in 2000 and 2001 gave him a great opportunity to compare the various home control solutions available. He moved to Kristil due to its compelling
functionality and ease of installation.
Ross is a keen Boatie and is regularly heading out to Rotnest Island with his wife of their boat.

Phillip Sharp
Phillip is our Sales and Marketing Manager and has been with Kristil since 2003. As well as looking after the management of the Kristil brand, Phill also looks after our sales enquiries and guides our customers through the design of their kristil system. Phill brings over 13 years account management and sales and marketing experience to the organisation, plus has extensive experience in designing intergrated solutions for our customers homes.
Phill is a keen enthusiast of all things audio and video and enjoys playing piano or listening to his extensive music collection. Not to mention "movie night" on the home theatre system with his wife and kids.

Kyle Brown
Kyle has been with the company since 2004 and looks after our technical department. He has completed and Electrical Engineering Certificate and Bachelor of Applied Information Systems. His diverse rold covers looking after IT support internally for us and on site for our customers, as well as working closely with Kevin on software development for the Kristil system. Kyle's ability to produce outstanding results with his programming is exemplified with his work with Media Center.
A keen and talented musician, Kyle combines his love of music with his work with his Church, performing with the Church band on a regular basis.

Amit Naran
Amit works with us on a contractual basis and is our Embedded Systems Engineer. He has been responsible for engineering Kristil's hardware since 2003 and has played an important role in taking our system functionality to ground breaking height.
Amit develops the circuit board design for our components and essentially creates what Kevin's vision is for Kristil's functionality. Amit holds a Bachelor of Engineering which he completed with Honors from Massey University.
Amit is a smart cookie, in every sense of the word, and has a rapier-like-whit he puts to devastating use when he's in the office.

Jeff Pike
Jeff is our Electrical Apprentice and is another integral member of Kristil's installation and service team. Jeff is currently studying Electrical Engineering level 3 at the Open Polytechnic of NZ and is working toward completing his
full qualifications. He is also studying for a Diploma in Information Technology at the Auckland University of Technology. His work ethic and attention to detail on past installation have set a great foundation for Jeff to one day become an outstanding installation project manager at Kristil.

Peter Neal
Pete is a registered electricaion with over 20 years experience and he forms part of the installation team here at Kristil.
He is renowned for his high standard of workmanship and polite, easy going nature when dealing with our customers on site.
Pete works closely with Kevin and Jeff on site to ensure an efficient, tidy installation.
Over the summer and most long weekends, Pete heads towards Waipu cove to his holiday home with his family.

Paul Quin
Paul works in our production assembly department and is the third Quin in the Kristil team. He has been with Kristil since 2005 and since starting, has become and integral member of our company. Paul's crucial rold is to assemble the kritil components, such as our light switches and circuit boards, and get them ready for installation. A role he performs to the highest standard.
Paul's other talents include doing up old cars with a mild case of denial that he won't lose money on them.

Vicky Taylor
Vicky has been Kristil's part time Administration Assistant since 2006. Her main role is to support Bernie and Markus in the day to day running of the organisation.
A keen gardner, Vicky is also educating the kristil team on her version of sustainability, and that is to reduce her grocery bill by growing her own vegetables. The quality of her produce has certainly convinced most of us to give it a go.
